How to Pay Online

Option 2: CareCredit

CareCredit is a patient payment plan with eligibility determined by the patient's out-of-pocket expense. We only offer Care Credit (interest free) for 6 mos (for a balance of $200 or more) or 12 mos (for a balance of $500 or more). Apply at our facility, by visiting www.carecredit.com, or by calling (800) 365-8295 for an Automated Phone Application.

Collections and Payment Policy

  • We collect your estimated amount due at the time of service. Please contact our business office in advance if a Promissory Note is needed. 816-364-9992
  • Patients who do not have insurance coverage or those having cosmetic surgery are also required to pay their charges in advance.
  • We will bill your primary and secondary insurance carriers or governmental agency directly for the facility's charges.
  • This facility accepts cash, cashier's checks, credit cards, and personal checks with a valid I.D.

Facility Fees

St. Joseph Center for Outpatient Surgery fees cover only the use of the facility, and do not include laboratory, pathology, surgeon, anesthesiologist or certified nurse anesthetist fees, nor does it include the cost of any implants used for your surgery. You will be billed separately for these fees.
