Today was my first experience using this facility. I had an Arthroscopy on my right knee. All the Staff from the Check in Staff to nurses and prep staff were amazing. Place was clean and super easy to find, my surgeon Brett Miller and the Anesthesiologist Team were equally amazing and really took all my fear away. Their bedside manners were so tender and they were so helpful and gracious to my Team of helpers that came with me as my driver and my Son were my Angel's. Very highly recommended if you find yourself needing any outpatient surgery and are in the St Joseph Missouri Area. Thanks Again!

Over the past few years I have had numerous procedures at this facility. My most recent was this week. I am writing because my experiences have been almost totally positive and favorable albeit not always perfect--after all, it is operated by human beings! I can compare it to my child's treatment at St. Jude Childrens' Research Hospital and my own experiences locally, in metro Kansas City, at VA facilities plus extensive time at Mayo Clinic. While the personnel are often quite busy and focused they are professional, competent and courteous. The facilities are modern and have always been well maintained and clean. It is definitely an asset to St. Joseph and the surrounding area.

I was so impressed with all the staff so kind and welcoming!!!!!!!!! The nurse Whitney stood out to me the most she was just a breathe of fresh air💗 and Dr. Grimes is the absolute best out there!!!!!!!

They are very caring group and even 2 months post surgery they still call and see how you are doing. The staff here is great. Highly recommend this place to anyone.
