How to Pay Online

Make Online PaymentOption 2: CareCredit
CareCredit is a patient payment plan with eligibility determined by the patient's out-of-pocket expense. We only offer Care Credit (interest free) for 6 mos (for a balance of $200 or more) or 12 mos (for a balance of $500 or more). Apply at our facility, by visiting www.carecredit.com, or by calling (800) 365-8295 for an Automated Phone Application.
CareCreditCollections and Payment Policy
- If you are expected to have an amount due for your procedure, a Collections Specialist from the Business Office will reach out to you about payment options.
- We will contact you before your date of service, in hopes of addressing any financial concerns you may have prior to your procedure.
- We offer a variety of ways to pay, including payment plans. We want to work with you regarding your financial obligation in a way that best fits your situation.
- We accept cash, cashier's checks, debit/credit cards, CareCredit and personal checks with a valid ID. You can also pay securely online through our website.
- Please call at any time if you have questions or if you are in need of a payment arrangement (816-364-9992, option 2).
Facility Fees
St. Joseph Center for Outpatient Surgery fees cover only the use of the facility, and do not include laboratory, pathology, surgeon, anesthesiologist or certified nurse anesthetist fees. You will be billed separately for these fees. Again, please let us know prior to your surgery if you need help making special financial arrangements; we're happy to discuss alternative payment methods with you.
